Fuel Form is a nutrition coaching and endurance training company based in Stellenbosch. Our nutrition support is tailored to your specific needs and goals. Whether your goal is to achieve a desired body composition, getting the most out of your training sessions, optimal recovery, proper race fueling, or just ensuring a healthy diet.

Regardless of your main goal, our aim is always to ensure you consume balanced nutrition to maintain your health while supporting your lifestyle. We follow a food-first approach and then, if needed, will help you select supplements, which are tested and considered safer.

Fuel Form works with both athletes and the general population to improve their overall nutrition by helping take the guesswork out of eating. We also provide online endurance coaching and will help you match your training with your nutrition intake.

We also offer strength training programs, to help you achieve your goals.

Meet Louise

Louise is a bubbly person who enjoys baking, loves being in the water, going for a run, and making dishes for her baby son to enjoy. Currently, Louise is busy with her PhD in sport nutrition, investigating the effects of ketone supplements on recovery following endurance sports. She has a Pg Dip in applied sport and exercise nutrition.

Louise is not only a sports nutritionist but also an exercise physiologist. If appropriate, she combines laboratory testing to further fine-tune the nutrition or training plan.

Louise is passionate about educating her clients about nutrition and enjoys working with youth athletes, teaching them the value and importance of whole foods in improving their performance and health. Louise enjoys working with her clients to find a suitable solution to create better nutrition habits within their lifestyles.
